This website is operated by me, a small-batch potter who makes everything by hand. By visiting my site and purchasing from me, you agree to the following terms.

Orders

All orders placed through this website are subject to acceptance and availability. I reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at my discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud or pricing errors.

Pricing & Payment

Payment is required in full at the time of purchase in order for an order to be processed and shipped.

Shipping

I carefully pack and ship every order, but shipping times are only estimates. Once your order has been handed over to the carrier, delays caused by postal services, customs, or other delivery issues are outside my control, and I am not responsible for them.

Handmade Nature of Work

Every piece on this website is handmade slowly by me. The handmade nature of my work means each piece is truly one-of-a-kind, and you should expect small variations in size, shape and sometimes colour between pieces. Works may also have small "marks of the maker" - finger prints, minor scratches or variations in glaze. These are an inevitable feature of the hand-made process, and I ask you to embrace them as a proud stamp that the piece was made by human hands.

Risk & Responsibility

Once an order has been delivered to the address provided at checkout, responsibility for the item transfers to the customer. I cannot be responsible for loss, damage, or breakage that occurs after delivery.
