I pack all my pieces with extreme care and caution.

Shipping area

At the moment, I only ship within the United States. I hope to offer international shipping soon!

Processing time

I will pack and ship your pieces as quickly as possible. Most orders will be shipped within 3–5 business days, unless otherwise stated during a drop or special release. Because everything is packed by hand, processing times may occasionally vary.

Shipping methods

I use trusted carriers such as USPS or UPS depending on the size and destination of your order. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Delivery times

Delivery typically takes 3–7 business days after shipping, depending on your location. These timeframes are estimates and not guarantees.

Packaging

Each piece is carefully wrapped and packed using protective materials designed for fragile ceramics. I do everything I can to ensure your pieces arrive safely.

Lost or delayed packages

Once a package has been handed over to the carrier, I am not responsible for delays, lost packages, or issues during transit. If something goes wrong, I will do my best to help you work with the carrier to locate it.
