Refund policy

 

Each piece is handmade by me in small batches, and I take great care in packing and shipping your pieces safely.

Because of the nature of handmade ceramics, all sales are considered final unless they arrive damaged in transit or a return is approved by me. I understand sometimes a piece may feel not quite right, or circumstances may change, and so I'll be considering returns on a case-by-case basis. If you have a problem with the pieces your ordered, or you would like to organise a return/refund/exchange, please email me directly.

Due to the handmade nature of my work, pieces may vary slightly in shape and size from the photos. There may be small "marks of the maker" like finger prints, small scratches, or variations in glaze. These small differences are part of what makes each piece unique and are expected in handmade work. These should not be considered defects.

Any pieces I put up for sale have already undergone strict quality-control to ensure the pieces are functional and beautiful. For my own personal reputation, I will not sell works that have major defects, or that I consider not up to my standard. 

Returns

Returns will be handled on a case-by-case basis. If you have an issue with your pieces, please email me directly within 14 days of receiving your piece. If a return is approved:

  • You may be responsible for return shipping costs
  • The piece must be securely packaged in its original packaging
  • The piece must be returned in an unused/undamaged condition
  • Refunds will be issued once the piece is received

Due to the fragile nature of handmade ceramics, returned pieces must be packed very carefully. I cannot be responsible for items damaged during return transit.

Damage in transit

I pack my orders very carefully, but if the worst happens, and a piece arrives damaged, please contact me. We can organise a refund, replacement or exchange depending on your preferences.

If your order arrives damaged, contact me within 48 hours of delivery with photos of: 

  1. The damaged item
  2. The packing it arrived in

We can organise a replacement (if available) or full refund.
